3、 CNC programming function

4. Parallel operation

The system can realize two working modes in parallel: machine controlled mode programming mode.

When the machine tool is being controlled by the system to process a part, the operator can complete the above manual programming with the keyboard at the same time, input the external program through the data transmission interface, edit modify the existing program. When the machine is processing, the graphic display terminal can simulate the execution of another processing program at the same time, so as to check edit.

5. Tool management monitoring

The CNC system has the function of controlling managing the tool magazine. The change of cutting tool is controlled automatically by CNC system according to the program.

6. High low speed feed control

The feed speed control performance of the system to the moving parts of the machine tool is an important performance index of the numerical control system. The modern CNC system can control the cutting movement of machine tool in a short distance with a high feed speed. This is very beneficial to the surface machining, which can greatly shorten the machining time, especially for the transition area with large curvature change, still can obtain good machining quality.
